  In order to promote the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress among people from different ethnic groups in border areas, Dehong Prefecture has organized relevant departments to translate the 19 th CPC National Congress Report and Party Constitution into Dai, Jingpo, Zaiwai and Lisu languages. Copies of the translation are handed out to the local people for free.

  Li Na, a Lisu from Lianghe County says, “It’s so great to learn the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress in the language I’m familiar with.”

  Shu Shengyue, the deputy director of Dehong Media Group and the director of Dehong Publishing House, takes charge of the translation. According to his introduction, Dehong features diverse ethnic groups and wide use of ethnic languages. Based on the situation, Dehong Publicity Department, Dehong Organization Department and Dehong Publishing House lose no time in organizing experts in ethnic languages to translate the 19 th CPC National Congress Report and Party Constitution.

  Shu Shengyue says 15000 copies of The 19 th CPC National Congress Report and Party Constitution are printed and will be handed out to people from different ethnic groups, offering them opportunities to comprehend the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress Report and Party Constitution.
